Welcome back to our June Nicklin CE – Surveying Planning Engineering Newsletter and Community!
26th of June, 2026
Hello, Kia ora,
Welcome to the June edition of the Nicklin CE – Surveying Planning Engineering Newsletter.
This month, we’re pleased to welcome two new experienced planning professionals to our growing team and broader company, strengthening our ability to support clients with resource consents, subdivision planning, due diligence and development projects. Their appointment reflects our continued investment in delivering practical planning advice backed by local knowledge and experience.
Inside this edition, you’ll also discover how Jack & Jonathan from our survey team recently undertook a challenging river survey along the Waikato River, collecting critical data to assist with the rehabilitation of a road affected by erosion. The project demonstrates how accurate surveying plays an essential role in protecting infrastructure, supporting environmental outcomes and enabling future engineering solutions.
We also take a closer look at an exciting milestone for the Hautapu Industrial Zone, where the first stages of infrastructure are now underway. Nicklin CE – Surveying Planning Engineering has been involved in the civil engineering design supporting this significant development, helping create the infrastructure required for future industrial growth and regional investment.
As always, our newsletter highlights the collaborative approach our surveying, planning and engineering teams bring to every project.
