Founded by Cambridge local Grant Nicklin, Nicklin Surveying and Resource Management established a strong local reputation over three decades, over 35+ years, built on professional expertise, trusted relationships and a deep understanding of the region’s land and land development requirements.

In 2023, Nicklin CE – Surveying Planning Engineering was acquired by RPC – Surveying Planning Engineering, (RPC Limited), connecting its established Waikato presence with a wider surveying, planning and engineering consultancy operating across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions.

Based in Cambridge, our Waikato team combines decades of professional and local experience with modern surveying technology and practical project management. We support clients through the complex stages of land development from initial land development investigations and feasibility through to surveying, planning, engineering support and subdivision.
